Year Of Rogue Dragons

Year Of Rogue Dragons By the fangs of Tiamat! As a DM I must say that this adventure helps to create a dreaded atmosphere where even dragons have to fight for survival! The setting is perfect, the factions and their motivations are well written and clear, and I can already imagine how epic I will make the final encounter! Throughout the adventure there are many delicate details which make the adventure well rooted and fun to play. Also the age category shift for the dragon players is extremely cleverly done, without having to play the next 30-50 years after the adventure gets into swing. I just love it! ...

The Executioner's Daughter Very fun to play though! I've been looking for a good Solo adventure to play between games, and this was it! I actually found myself getting nervous near the end fight. Well done!

A Guide to Tomb of Annihilation

A Guide to Tomb of Annihilation If I had simply found this online, I would have been pretty happy to stumble upon it. It's always useful to see how other DMs have written their notes, and it helped me structure my own. However, I did not just find this online. It's presented as a product worth paying for, with a professional-looking cover and a promise of notations and summaries meant to guide you through running the adventure. It is not *really* that. It's just... prep notes. Notes which are quite useful, yes, but there's not nearly as much advice in here as it seems to be presented as. It's an abbreviation of the adventure with a thin layer of commentary. Some of that commentary is just the author's DM preferences and some of it is just his ideas half-formed ideas for how he *might* run an encounter - ideal for DM notes, but it's a stretch to call it advice. To top it off, it clearly hasn't been edited at all. There are quite a few typos, fractured sentences and other editing errors. The formatting is slapda...

Archetypes of Eberron: 31 Subclasses

Archetypes of Eberron: 31 Subclasses An excellent assortment of Eberron-themed subclasses. At first I was skeptical due to the high number, but having given the book a good once-over the balance in this book looks great. My personal favourite has to be the Rage Mage, punch stuff with magic! Fantastic

Little Heroes - A Guide to Children at the Table

Little Heroes - A Guide to Children at the Table Bought it because I wanted to create a children-friendly adventure and wanted to know which things I need to consider. Not only did I got the info’s I was looking for I also now have more options when I play a child player character: adjustments (like for races) and fitting backgrounds for kids. Played a nine-year-old druid girl once for a one-shot who is my favorite character of all time. Now I have a reason to play something like this again.

The Armorer's Handbook: Equipment Upgrade and Rune Magic System for 5E
by Dominic R.

The Armorer's Handbook: Equipment Upgrade and Rune Magic System for 5E I did a little research before I bought this module. Because I'm the kind of person that doesn't really like to add homebrew to the table due to balancing issues. That's also a reason why I never really purchased any rules. But this module really convinced me that there are some very well written and balanced content to add to the table. The thing I really like about this module is that the upgrades are backed by statistics and they follows the guidelines of the DMG (which is very important to me). You can see that the power gain players get from the upgrades in a nice table (who doesn't like facts to back things up).  What also is very good is how it also makes gold more valuable. I've played a lot of games where at the end of the campaign people have more money than sense and don't really know what to do with it. This module really eliminates that problem and also gives the players exciting content for them to explore on with the choices of  their next upgrades. It is very well writ...

Archetypes of Eberron: 31 Subclasses Whether you're about to be venturing into the wodnerful world of Eberron, or you're looking for a way to spice up your homebrew game, Archetypes of Eberron has precisely what you need! Variety is the spice of life, and there's plenty of spice in this supplement. Each subclass feels unique, introducing an aspect of play to the class which was previously missed or could have been expanded upon. A fine example of this would be the Combat Medic Fighter Archetype - no longer does the fighter have to watch on with wide eyes as their companions fall! Get out of the way Paladin, there's a new combat healer in town! I heartily recommend *Archetypes of Eberron* to any Dungeon Master looking to offer their players more playable options!...

Noblecrumpet's City Generator I've always been really crap at worldbuilding. I've tried doing things myself, tried using applications like worldanvil and I have always felt super overwhelmed. This PDF on the other hand dewhelmed me. I reccomend all of my friends this city generator and will be using it for all of my fantasy cities from here on out.

A bunch of things I've left in depth five star reviews of, Warriors of Sehanine and The Most Dangerous Game, come instantly to mind, as well as many more wonderful things I can't wait to get to like Uncaged Anthology 3! This is a bargain just for Uncaged 3 on its own! My mind cannot contain the awesomemess contained within and the fact it's for a good cause. In a dark world this is something truly gorgeous and wonderful. Don't forget to check the other bundles out too! This is a second Christmas and a chance to help a good cause! Treat yourself! ...

Oath of Battle: A Paladin Sacred Oath
by Ross L.
Publisher: Dungeon Masters Guild
Date Added: 01/18/2020 14:04:57
Oath of Battle: A Paladin Sacred Oath Oath of Battle is an amazingly clever, exceptionally well balanced paladin subclass that shows just how good heavyarms' D&D5e design sense is. The narrative is extremely well incorporated into the mechanics, which is quite difficult to do within the design space allotted to paladin subclasses. Additionally, it makes the paladin so much more than just Divine Smite, allowing you to utilize meaningful battle tactics. It's really just impeccable design. I'm normally very critical of third-party content and allow few homebrews at my tables, but this is a Sacred Oath that actually makes me with my support-oriented playstyle excited to play a paladin, and it will certainly have a place in my games!...
