I think this would be a fun side bar to the Waterdeep module, but it needs some work.
Many grammar errors in this document make it hard to follow. I spent more time trying to figure out what the author was trying to say than actually reading the document. This put me off of reading much further than the first page after trying to piece together the Temple of Flying Masks. There are a number of typos where "CD" has replaced "DC" throughout the document. Also I understand that certain wording is acceptable for adults, but using what is considered profanity by the public to describe a person's rear end should probably be revised, as minors have access to this document. (I personally have no issue with the word, but others might as it is a public document.)
I proofread for my daughter's public writings, and would be happy to help. I suck at using punctuation properly, according to my previous professors my use of commas is crazy, but excel at sentence structure and spelling. ;)
Grammarly is a great tool, but I have noticed even the program's use for Number Agreement for Verbs is flawed.
Examples of where correction is needed:
...in the building there are no furniture or anything else... - should read "...in the building there is no furniture or anything else..."
...an illusory wall in the opposite side of the entrance... - should read "...an illusory wall on the opposite side of the entrance..."
