This NPC map includes minor unnamed NPCs such as 4d6 bandits from mistshore which can be hired for 1gp a piece (Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, pg 65), but does NOT include Dagult Neverember's estranged mistress named Kalain whose converted windmill mannor litterally sits above the Vault of Dragons in the "Autumn Encounter Chain" (Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, pg 88), or Algondar Daliano and his faerie dragon companion Wishes (Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, pg 75). I discovered these omission after only a few minutes of scanning the product. It certainly doesn't include "secret NPCs" such as Artor Morlin, aka the Baron of Blood, hinted at by Volo describing hundreds of driftglobes that bob about the City of the Dead at night (Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, pg 181).

Jalester Silvermane is spelled incorrectly as Jalestar in the document and has a single line drawn to a box labled "Quest Giver" but no lines drawn to Laerel Silverhand who he reports to directly, or Durnan depite spending much of his time at the Yawning Portal (Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, pg 38). This is NOT a text rich document and is not searchable using the "Find" feature. Zelifarn the young bronze dragon is connected to nobody despite being mentioned numerous times in the campaign (Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, pg 36, 91, 145).

This product was most likely designed by someone running the "Winter Encounter Chain" considering random plot details from "Winter Encounter Chain" are included in this NPC map, and many of the missing NPCs are from the "Autumn Encounter Chain", which I am running for my group. This product is maybe worth $0.25, maybe $0.99 IF you are running the "Winter Encounter Chain", but not $1.99 in my opinion. If you are running the Spring, Summer, or Autumn Encounter Chain save your money.

Thank you for your feedback.

1. Grinda Garloth is on the map. See "Mistshore & Deepwater Harbor" on the bottom.

2. Dagult's mistress is only relevant in one scene (Chapter 4, autumn chain) and space on the map is at a premium. She has no relevance to the overarcing plot whereas the NPCs and events described in the Winter chain are. In contrast, Manshoon's plot to control the press, which is revealed in a winter event, has much more importance to the plot.

3. For the most part, the seasonal event chains are unmentioned because their relevance and importance are contained in thaf scene. Exceptions include kidnappings between various factions.

4. "Secret NPCs" such as Artor Morlin do not even appear in the module so there was no point in including him or others. Had there been a quest or scene provided, that would change things.

5. While Zelifarn is indeed mentioned, space is a premium on the map. Any information regarding him is often as straight forward to be found and is mentioned in faction quests. As you may notice, faction quests weren't a high priority unless it had major plot implications.

6. Thanks for pointing out the typo on Silvermane. I'll correct it.
