This is an extremely well-written adventure, featuring NPCs with developed peronalities and goals. There are elements of all three pillars of adventure, clever and unpredictible monsters and traps, an orc tribe presented with depth, and social interaction opportunities with real repercussions throughout. The thorp and surrounding area where the adventure is set are presented in a highly detailed, but briskly written fashion, allowing the DM both flexibility and swiftness in presentation. These elements combine to create a story that is fun as hell in a location the PCs will likely wish to revisit.
