This was a bit linear in terms of progression but we are dealing with an escape tunnel. Because of that I gave the adventure a pass. I agree with the others that some of the adversaries are quite nasty for a low level party. The only thing really missing is a reason why the characters don’t go back the way they came. I think it’s safe to assume the Death House would not let them initially. My view of the escape tunnel is sort of like a trap: you can check in, but maybe not check out! The only thing I would have liked to see was some random tables of spooky stuff. I think this is probably one of the better items here on the guild for this genre, and I’m glad I took a chance.
