This is the most low-effort PDF I have seen on DMs Guild. It's literally three pages plus a cover page in the most default Word document ever.

That said, this is actually not a bad starting point. It's got a few neat ideas and some basic statting up of armor and weapons. It is incredibly basic, but it's also free, so you really can't complain. Good on you, guy.
