Hello! Absolutely love this fantastic product and the whole series. I was just wondering if you would ever consider adding suggested sale values for a variety of the items in their current form? I know you touch on things such as broken items, or the equivalent of something to be crafted (e.g. a ghoul claw into a dagger), but my adventurers are planning on selling a lot of the monster loot they pick up to get some money early on and I'm a little lost as to pricing things like the Vials of Demon Ichor. Fantastic work though!

Edit: Ohhh thank you for the speedy reply, even that much is a great suggestion and a good way to figure it out going forward! :) Thanks Anne and again, fantastic work!

Hey Chloe! I initially considered pricing the items, but I found that it was pretty much impossible to do. The price of the loot would depend on its demand and how rare the creature it was looted from was; something that changes from campaign to campaign. In addition, the 5e economy as written is utterly broken anyway so there isn't a good baseline for me to work from.

For my own games, I usually price loot that can be crafted into magic items as having a sales value of one-fifth of their purchasing value. So 10-20 gp for common loot, 100 gp for uncommon loot, and 1000-2000 gp for rare and very rare items. for smaller "bundle" items, like teeth, claws, and vials of blood, I usually go with a price equal to one-fifth of the creature's CR in gp. So if a creature has a CR of 3, a tooth from that creature would sell for 60 sp. Some more universal items, like arcane dust and the demon ichor, I would sell for one-tenth of the creature's CR, as these items are not as rare.

You can of course lower and raise these prices as you wish depending on the economy of your game, the available merchants and monsters, and on how much money you want your players to have.

Hope this helped!
