Pretty much the perfect "tutorial" adventure for new DMs.
It has tons of social interaction, combat, and mystery. And best of all, it is immensely tunable!
There was no way we were going to run the whole thing in 4 hours, with my players being new-ish, but it was absolutely no problem to know which parts of the adventure to cut on the fly to still make it satidfying and interesting for them. I cut a couple of scenes, got them a couple of clues, and it was a blast!
The combat adjustment guides are magnificent (and most of the monsters are in D&D Beyond homebrew.
Finally, one detail that I loved is that it manages to ellicit very visceral reactions without being emotionally heavy or touching in potentially controversial subjetcs. I regaled in the smells and sounds of people wretching and worms wriggling, and it was a blast to see my players' horrified faces as they were transported to the banquet.
All in all, a steal for the money :)
