I love this PDF with all of my heart. It tends to focus on the abilities of player characters outside of combat, but in different ways. Barbarians, monks, paladins, and rangers get effects that improve their effects in relation to being out in the field while fighters and rogues get effects that relate to their connection to militaristic organizations and thieves' guilds, respectively (though they still have some less-apparent but still useful personal skill techniques), so consider that if you're buying this PDF for a specific class.

The barbarian's abilities are all about expending rage to solve problems, breaking down any barriers that may come about, while also giving the barbarian increased mobility that would come from being such wild fighters.

The fighter's abilities are all about the fame that comes with being a fighter and the ability of a fighter to lead and spur others on, whether it's in an organization or within the party.

The monk's abiltiies grant the monk greater knowledge-based spellcasting and truth-seeking ability, while also allowing them to buff others so long as they are nonviolent.

The paladin's abilities are centered on the find steed spell, making the palading and their steed a much greater combination.

The ranger's abilities spread their abilities to the rest of the party, allowing rangers to not have to sulk alone on missions while the rest of the party waits in a corner, while expanding on favored enemies.

The rogue's abilities grant them the resources of a thieves' guild and improves thieves' cant's uses.

I find all of these expansions upon the classes to be quite necessary, and a welcome addition to D&D. I'm going to be putting them in my games from now on, and I believe this is an amazing opus to start off a new publisher's career in D&D homebrew.
