Aside from the obvious formatting and editing errors, there really is no reason why characters would "follow" the map that already has the "finish line" identified. It would have been better if only the first clue be revealed on the map presented by Duric, and then the other places revealed as the characters progress from location to location. The text indicates that characters are just going to follow a path to where X marks the spot in order from a stranger who hands them a map that they have never seen. Personally, I would have preferred to have Duric give the players a mysterious paper (instead of the map) stating that he just doesn't trust the regulars and would like to know A) If it is a map of some type, and B) where it leads in exchange for a chance to hear the tale. He may even be aware that this may be a map to the famed treasure and there are several false maps being found about the city and he only asks for a small "finders fee" if it does indeed turn out to be a real treasure map. Next, only put a clue as to the first location on the map and not the entire trail, allow characters to trace out their trail on paper and have this path be part of a puzzle. Also, I agree with others that there is no real reason for the Wedding Ring bonus objective. It could be written in to where perhaps Urth has learned what really brought the characters to the house and would like to know more, and then somehow tie the wedding ring to that. But as it stands, there is no reason for this to be part of this adventure at all. The Map Heist is a great addition to the adventure. It will add credibility to the supposed legitimacy of the map.

The arrangement of the bonus objectives was wrong all the way around. They should be laid out inline with the area characters encounter them rather than as an appendix causing unnecessary page turning that could be avoided. (It's a bit nitpicky, but thats the way I feel about the way it's arranged.)

I personally like the look and design of the adventure and don't mind the color and graphics but a printer-friendly version would be nice as well.
