I really enjoyed this short adventure. Have yet to run it, but the concept and execution is nice and simple, making it easy to run as a one shot (with added adjustments for difficulty based on party size and level).
I love that it takes place at a single location with no travel and no filler. Characters arrive at the location and the adventure unfolds.
Any complexity comes from the simple scenarios in which various parties have a vested interest in the girl that can raise the dead - with only the characters to stand by her or sell her out to the highest bidder. That lends itself to wonderful roleplay opportunities and moral quandaries that go beyond the game into (albeit minor) reflections on the real world.
The NPC's encountered have fun motivations and enough personality to really let the DM ham it up or play with stoic sincerity.
Easily worth $3 for an evening of fun roleplay!
