For a two hour module it fit the bill with only a minor hiccup - The DC for the physical tasks was far too high for the party I had (mostly dex-based fighters and mages) even with all of the NPCs helping it was tough to make enough successes. It took them three tries and they nearly gave up even before the carcass was out of the water.
They did better at keeping predators away (and mimics) although that was a tough fight for Tier I. Towards the end I could tell they were getting tired of the cycle of Roll a skill check - fail - recieve punitive result. Some other options might have been useful. Overall, however, we had a good time running and playing this adventure. It was a nice change of pace.
