My party really enjoyed this oneshot - it's lighthearted fun and they really enjoyed the rhyming narration. The questions about the characters' history and different versions of their lives integrated into the introduction were really fun as well. The stat blocks for the enemies have some nice flavour.
It's heaviest on the combat pillar - there's very little exploration, and the social pillar is a bit light as well, though a party that leans heavily into roleplay will find the opportunity to do that. But because of this it's pretty easy to keep to time - my party tend to overrun, but we comfortably completed this within about 3 and a bit hours. If your party are more efficient or you're looking to fill a longer slot, I recommend running the combat with Missile-Toes, which my party avoided with roleplay instead.
One thing I felt was missing was some consequences for failing the skill checks for repairing the sleigh or when delivering the toys at the end - my party didn't succeed on either of the checks to repair the sleigh (and the DCs can be a little steep if you're running for lower-level parties), so I ended up improvising having a party member make checks at the end of each round to keep control of the sleigh and some mishaps that could occur if they were unsuccessful, but it's not a major complaint.
Overall, this was pretty much exactly what I had wanted out of a free festive oneshot, and the description being written in rhyme made it really memorable. My party really enjoyed themselves.
