I was lucky enough to get to play this adventure during the development stage. This is a fun 2 hour adventure with lots of opportunities to allow characters with different interests and abilities to shine. I really enjoyed all the candy themed creatures and locations it creates this beautiful immersive world for characters to explore.

Had the chance to play this during an author run event. It was a small table and I really enjoyed how sections of the adventure required us to explore creative non-combat ways to get around obstacles.

The adventure sets characters up with a number of NPCs to assist the party. For smaller or weaker parties this is great. Over all it is a fun low combat adventure with lots of exploration.

The artwork in this anthology is absolutely breathtaking. There is such a variety of adventures to be found here. If you grew up with a love of fairy tales there is something here for everyone.
I can't wait until I'm able to gather with my friends to play D&D again, we're going to have such fun playing through this anthology.

This is such a beautiful little adventure. Wonderful to run as a family game or with friends of any age. Great as a one shot game, and very adaptable to fit in to an ongoing campaign to give all characters a lovely little holiday from dungeon crawling.

This is a wonderful template for new creators as well as experienced creators. The layout is stunning and the explanations of each step is written in terms that are easy for those of us not familiar with layout and design to understand.

Directions are easy to follow, and having a PDF version of the template in addition to the Word document makes for a great reference guide while working. It really helps boost confidence in creating.

This is a great resource for anyone looking to get into creating products for DMs Guild. I can’t wait to see what everyone makes using this template.

I really like how replayable this adventure is. I also like how the 4 suspects makes it easy for DMs to customize the adventure to suit the interests of the players.

The structure is set up that it is easy to sub out one of the suspects for a different NPC. So if a DM wanted to use a different NPC from Waterdeep: Dragon Heist or their own game it is easy to do so with some minor adjustments.

There are some great suggestions on how to use this adventure to start off a longer campaign or tie in with Waterdeep: Dragon Heist.

I would have liked there to been a bit more detail surrounding the Secret Invitation that sets off the adventure. Suggestions on if the sender of the invitation would help provide any sort or clues would have been great, as well as suggestions on what sort of rewards if any would happen at the wrap up of the adventure.

There are a lot of NPCs in this adventure, I love a large cast to work with but now all DMs do. So you may need to reduce NPCs if you find there is too much to work with.

Over all I love how this adventure creates a fun little sandbox for an assortment of iconic Forgotten Realms characters along with Waterdeep: Dragon Heist NPCs. I can see myself running this multiple times for friends and family.

The players at my table really enjoyed how the module had a murder mystery type element and a dungeon crawl element. It picked right up where 09-02 left off and they had a blast interacting with returning NPCs.

I got a chance to play this adventure at a convention and DM this adventure as part of my local AL group.

As a player I was in an RP heavy group, and this adventure really matched well with the play style of the table. Bonus objective B was an absolute hoot with the table I played at.

When I DMed this adventure I also ended up with an RP heavy group who were looking to stretch their legs with the new characters they had created for Season 9. I did however have to give a few nudges to help keep players on track with clues.

Ran this with a table made up of players who had played Adventures League games before, and players new to Adventures League and D&D. It ran really smoothly, everyone really enjoyed the combat as well as interacting with all the NPCs.

This was a great project for my kids it was so easy for them to assemble it themselves. Highly reccomend to any families, schools or community groups who want to use visuals or minatures for their D&D games.

I found this really useful when DMing Waterdeep: Dragon Heist. I've even referenced back to it for other games, especially the materials on heist guidelines.

You know the adventure is good when players ask if they can play it again as you're cleaning up. I ran it with a large group of friends and family. It fit my group really well meeting the interests of friends who regularly play D&D and friends who love murder mystery games but hadn't played D&D before.

I loved how each of the roles were well fleshed out. Even though we barely dived into all the details the players really liked having interconnecting backstories. No one in my group wanted to play the spouse role, so I quickly made up an assistant to the conductor borrowing bits of the spouse background. The module is really flexable that swapping out a character still works the same, and doesn't put too much work on the DM.

This is a wonderful collection of encounters. They lend themselves to easily fit in with pre-existing campaigns or can be played on their own. The short low level encounters are great if you have new players who want to test the waters (pun totally intended) and try some D&D. For new DMs or anyone wanting to try DMing the layout and story structure for each is very easy to follow.
The encounters have lots of great RP opportunities as well as exploration and combat. Great collection to have on hand for spur of the moment games, or as additions to ongoing campaigns.

I've run this adventure twice. I used it as the starting point for Waterdeep: Dragon Heist rather than running the book's Chapter 1. I also ran it at my local convention this part spring, we kept the name and the events the same but set it in the early spring. At the table we had young players, new players and older experienced players. Everyone had a great time lots of fun with this one. The adventure provides lots of comedic opportunities as well as suspense and combat. Great mix of all the things that makes D&D fun.

I ran Dragon Heist for a 24 hour game and this chart was very useful for remembering NPCs and staying on track with the story, especially when running on no sleep. It is well organized and clearly shows how each NPC connects with each of the villians. If you're running the game with more than one villian this chart is great for helping keep tack of each villians individual goals.
