Despite the actual adventures being short, the random encounters make this thing a blast. The random encounters mix up combat, social, and even a few investigatve and puzzle encounters very well and also leaves a lot of room open for DM and player creativity as well as giving both a few surprises. My Tier 4 AL group was going to do the Tier 4 Adventure, but us and the DM decided we should do at least 1 rolled random encounter per layer of Hell, and we could do more if we wanted. We ended up having such a blast with the random encounters we got side tracked doing them and didn't even get to Nessus to do the actual adventure! We ended up deciding to divide it up into multiple sessions!
If I had any criticism, I think the adventure could do with having the encounters be just a tiny bit more fleshed out or give the DM a bit more guidance on how certain encounters (like "Infernal Tutor") can go. But this would probably be an issue more for newer DM's, more experianced DM's can work around this no problem. In the end, for about $7, I feel you get your moneys worth.
All in all, a very fun little suppliment to Decent into Avernus, Pipyap's Guide, and various other adventures in The Nine Hells!
