This adventure is perfect for a party that prefers roleplay and exploration over combat; each of the rooms has clues which point to the macabre & fascinating backstory of the mine. Although there is very little combat, the boss comes in the form of a new monster (Dreaming God) whose unique combination of abilities and spells will certainly make for a fun & climactic combat encounter! And if your party does enjoy combat, Judy even offers a suggestion for adding combat to another area of this small dungeon. Although this adventure strays far from the WotC style guide, it is simple and clear, making it the perfect adventure for a single short night of adventuring that requires almost no prep. I would have liked to see the adventure hook be more flexible, the NPCs to have more detail, and more challenges to be present in the dungeon (environmental hazards or interesting flora/fauna), but for $0.99 this adventure is a great deal and incredibly easy to adapt and drop into any campaign as a really cool, short dungeon!
