I thoroughly enjoyed playing and running this adventure and certainly recommend it. The author was able to capture the ethos of halflings in the role playing as well as the combat. While there is certainly a whimsical nature to this adventure, it is tightly written and each of the combats are challenging and unique. This is much more than an explore and attack adventure, the players will enjoy the roll playing in the halfling village and be surprised in several places during combats. If I had the chance to run this for another group I would love to do it again.
Sweet Revenge in Footrest is a great read... perfect for a weekend one-shot, or easy to slot into a campaign for a bit of (apparent) light heartedness.
