This is a fantastic supplement worth adding into any campaign that features the drow, Lloth, or a ... morally compromised player character seeking power at the cost of their humanity. The magic items are all unique and full of the flavor of the Spider Queen, and the additional power gained for collecting multiple items is reminiscent of the Hand and Eye of Vecna in the best way possible. I could easily see an ongoing antagonist in one of my campaigns hunting these items and growing in power with every success.
