My friends and I recently finished the first quest and, well, we had an absolute blast! It was my first campaign as DM and we took way more then one session (I threw in some extra content like pit fights, IRL games, quizzes, etc), but the time was absolutely well spent. Not only was the setting exactly right to goof off a little, the lore was also deep enough to play it real serious from time to time. Sometimes I absolutely struggled to not spoil anything because I just wanted to talk about the crazy politics going on at Lintoll!

A definite 5/5 stars adventure, can't wait to play the next quest!

I had a blast playing fun for the People. I have run it three times now and each time has been a riot. I love the mechanics the adventure module gave for drinking. I have kept it and used it across other adventures I have run. I highly recomend this adventure.

I gave this a shot, and I honestly wouldn't have if it wasn't pay what you want. I loved it and it was a solid product. I went back and paid for it because I liked it so much.

Especially for a pay-what-you-want title, there's a lot of good content in here! I've found the additional rules only somewhat useful, but the setting is well realized and the lore interesting to read. The three one-shots contained within vary in quality but are all fun nonetheless. The first adventure works the best in the setting and can be easily run without any further preparation on the side of the DM - great fun. The second adventure kind of requires the players to be already invested into the setting, which in my opinion only works if they've encountered the place before or had the "bad" ending in the first adventure. The last adventure is very interesting lore-wise and pretty ambitious in its scope. But it requires additional preparation time on the side of the GM and seems a bit too large scale and dark for such a campy setting.

very creative adventure at the wandering fair. played with a group who all got shit-faced, but still was fun!
