Story: Enjoyed the Faerun specific god lore and how authors puts 2 groups at odds over the future of a region in the Flooded Forest.
Exploration Cavernous regions that puts players in a dangerous environment. Allows for some stealthing.
Combat Combats are enjoyable but not too deadly for tier 2. Set up is fun for a couple of them. One will need hard hitters to overcome a damage threshold so if a group of monks run this good luck.
Roleplaying Some in the beginning and depending on the encounters, may have more. However, roleplaying takes a back seat in this one.
Sandbox vs Linear Mission is linear, but once in the caverns there is some randomness to encounters.
Maps, Miniatures, etc. Maps for areas are provided, but nothing too detailed. Maps are not to big so if running tabe top with miniatures shouldn't be a lot of prep time. If running in roll20 or FGs, I would suggest making your own maps.
Over all an enjoyable module. I would suggest running both this one and the sequel with the same group since it ends at the beginning of the sequel.
