This list serves as a fantastic jumping-off point for a creative adventure, or just as spooky flavor. I adapted and used it to help punch up the twisted forest lair of a night hag, and it was massively helpful. Each item is well written and substantial enough to be an inspiration, without being too long or specific to be generally useful.

Have to mirror what others have said: some really nice stuff to start longer sessions. I love horror, but don't often feel I'm great at it, so a good leaping off point is nice to have!

Not only is this an excellent resource for some spooky random encounters that mix role play, combat, and exploration, there's some real fodder for whole campaigns, or at least solid session long quests, too. I have already begun listing my personal favourites, and started to think about how they can come together with ideas of my own to form a longer, horror themed campaign.

Great encounters that take inspiration from all sorts of horror. Can give great ideas for any horror-themed D&D campaign, or for just a one-off scare to change the mood of a session.
