A lot of these are so much fun, and I appreciate the location theme for each item. I can't wait to toss some of these at my players.

There are some great ideas in here, and they add a nice little touch of magic without granting too much power. Most of the items, though, do not spark particular interest or inspire much of a backstory. If you love giving out magic items but hate overpowered PCs, you will like this.

What a simple and excellent eddition to a high magic game.

5e took a few steps back from previous editions in its views on magic: In the current game, magic items are rare, expensive, and should always be regarded as major boons. Spell slots are valuable resources, and creating your own magical accoutrements is the domain of very high-level characters only - and even then it probably takes a while.

For DMs and players who long for a setting where magic carpets are used as taxis, potion-makers are found even in the smallest of towns, and magic is suffused into every surface of the world, supplements like this are invaluable.

This provides ten sheets with romantic locations and a table of 10 magic items that can be found in each one. These items, like the Common Magic Items in Xanathar's guide, help fill the niche of magical items that are useful or interesting, but don't mechanically disrupt the game. All of them are flavourful and creative players can find ways to make them mechanically useful, but aren't as explicitly empowering as, say, a Wand of Fireball.

Highly recommended.

This supplement is a fantastic addition to any DM's toolkit. It has 10 evocative locations that I can see being fairly common in most D&D adventures, and each has their own set of themed magical trinkets. The text is pretty bare bones, with not much fluff attached to each item or location, but it makes them easy to slot into any adventure, either as a fun one-off item or as a plot-related macguffin. I honestly can't wait to roll on one of the lists next time my adventurers are in an appropriate location.

This pack offers some interesting items, wonderful locations, and descriptions that leave space for the DM to add in. The items themselves are tailored for locations, and provide nice touches to any setting! Try some of these out!
