The good: Really great secrets that even experienced players might miss, clear explanation of how scenarios would go depending on party actions and conversation, good elements of surprise as some twists occur back-to-back so that when party members think they understand what's going on, you throw a CR16 fiend at them. Good descriptions of environment also help make it easier to get characters into the proper mindset/atmosphere.
The bad: Like the other reviewer said, this is far from a 4 hour adventure (at least in my experience). Removing all break time and meals that interrupted the session, it still took us about 10 total hours of gameplay to get through everything. This was however, with the party able to find many of the secrets and having adequate time for those interactions/combat sessions.
I'm still giving it 5 stars, because I feel like a more experienced party might fight through it faster. Additionally I had no major complaints with any of the content, just kind of 'hey, it takes way longer than it says, if you have that kind of time'.
