A tiny, rubbish layer of undermountain gets the Wyatt overhaul, and is suddenly worth playing!

For less than two bucks, get an interesting new sub-plot, and a bunch of new description to bring this level to life!

There's only so much you can do with a layer as small as the Warrens, but by God Wyatt makes them much more exciting! :)

Damn it Wyatt, stop writing stuff I love!
If you are planning on putting any kind of boat, anywhere near a campaign of yours, Saltmarsh or otherwise, you should be reading this book!

A long wait, but one that has paid off - the Gauntlet, which already looks like one of the more interesting of the mid-layers, really comes to life with ways to make Muiral a threat, how to get the most out of the Drow narrative, and praises to the almighty Lord of Ooze. I, and Ghaunadaur, recommend this title.

Finally, more than a half dozen students in Dweomercore, and some interesting plots to use them in! :)

Nice content for an extra layer that feels indistinguishable from the core book - in all the best ways! Thoughtful design, good faction mechanics, and an interesting new Drow House to bring to Halaster's tomb!

The Slitherswamp - a fairly generic layer of Undermountain, that I would have expected my PCs to blitz through in about one session of murder-hoboing.
The Slitherswamp with Companion - a really interesting layer of Undermountain with 1 or 2 extra plot lines thrown in, that will probably keep my PCs occupied for three sessions.
For $1.50? Yeah, I think so! Nice work as ever Wyatt.

A useful little document, that you should really read before starting the campaign. Filling in the gaps in the core books, this is another brill work by Wyatt!
- Useful tips for playing Halaster, adding to his madness and giving him newer motives relating to being an insane gameshow host. Also some things he can do to screw with the players, including the 'Point's Game' which is my favourite - 8/10.
- Theme songs, character profiles and sponsor messages to tell your players to add to the gameshow theme - I loved these 8/10
- An overview of what each dungeon level has in it, in one place - why the core book never had this I'll never know 9/10
- A section on all major factions and what you (could) do with them - also very useful and very missing in the core book, 9/10
- A collection of all magic items and what levels they are found in, ditto monsters and teleport gates. I anticipate this becoming more useful over time as my own party venture deeper 7/10
- Rules for Weave addiction and environmental hazards - absolute gold that stop players simply powering up in Undermountain then leaving on their own quests quite so easily - good in-game way to stop some meta - 10/10!!
- Some other adventuring parties to find along the way an add colour - useful given my laziness - 9/10
- Character creation suggestions and plot hooks - always appreciated - 9/10

Some interesting mechanical ideas to bring this layer to life, it might have benefitted from a bit more detail on how to make it work. Then again, I am a resolutely lazy DM - this is still a lot of bang for your less-than-two-bucks!

Certainly a bolder take on Wyllowwood than the book sets yo up for - which is kind of necessary when your party are murder-hobos!

Takes the utterly empty lands of Skullport and makes them sing! :)

A big improvement on the chapter as written - really brings the Aboleth in this layer to life!

Makes running this slightly mashed-up level of DoTMM into a joy :)

~A bit briefer than level 1, but then again, the level is smaller too! Still brimming with ideas, especially on how to bring the Fine Fellows sub-plot to life!
