This Medusa race works great for most settings, but this actually does not work lore-wise in Ravnica, as Ravnica Gorgons dont have snakes for hair, thus this race actually does not work for the setting it's title is suggesting the book for.

It's not excessively powerful, but compared to PHB and Volo's races it's definitely one of the most powerful races around. Its natural attack needs a bit more clarifying language, but it's not too hard to determine what the author intended.

This is my first purchase from DM's guild, so I don't know if this is an issue forced by the required format, but the PDF is excessively large. It's only a couple of pages, but clocks in at almost 80 mb (I've got entire splatbooks as pdf's that take less space), so if possible a more ptimized PDF would be nice.

Love this! It's one of the better monstrous races I've seen. The lore is really nicely written and the author has done a great job making a potentially very powerful creature comparable to other player character races. Even though I bought this to see whether it would also work for medusae in Eberron (it will) I'm now very tempted to play one in Ravnica.

My only niggle is that the Poisoned effect of one of the racial abilities needs a duration and clearer rules on saves (once? Every turn?) but that's a really easy fix.
