Some really good ideas here. Since Bregan D'aerthe is foreign to the city it can be hard to see how to work them into the other factions, and how they can get information about what else is going on in the city. I'm using all 4 villains, concentrating on Jarlaxle, and this gives some good hooks for how to get the players to notice the other vactions. Also some fun characters to role-play.

Really excited to use this! I've found having a notice board is a great way to show the players more of Waterdeep, and let them direct the story a bit more, but I was getting tired of writing my own stuff. These quests give just the right amount of direction, providing a hook and a solution but not writing the entire quest for you. And there's a good mix of alignments represented, which is extremely helpful given that my mostly evil party has little interest in saving random civilians.

Still can't figure out the riddle that prompts the last quest. I might just give my players the clue and see if they can solve it for me.

Nice little dungeon, but doesn't fit with the feel of Waterdeep Dragon Heist, IMO.

It's a fun house dungeon, with a very similar feel to White Plume Mountain, in fact I think one room was lifted directly from WPM, artwork included.

If your players need a break from the constant social encounters of DH, it'd make sense to run this. I'd change up the ending though, since like WPM the ending is a bit anticlimatic.

Overall it's fine, a couple of the rooms are really fun, and I love the main quest item.

My players absolutely loved this. They spent several minutes reviewing the extremely confusing legalese looking for a catch, and their paranoia was highly amusing.

I love this so much. My party has gotten really excited about joining Force Grey and it's a fun faction, but the missions do need to be fleshed out. This does a fantastic job of that, especially for the quest with Meloon. The book states that he acts completely normally, so how are the PCs supposed to tell anything is wrong? There's a great solution to that here.

The only thing I disagree with is the Gray Hand Token, which has an extremely powerful ability. I think I'd only give the players this on the final quest, which is likely to be deadly.

Amazingly helpful, especially the organized list of stat blocks at the end. However you did leave out Nihiloor's stats, which would be useful in case the players decide to attack him (as mine did).
