This PDF is amazing. While I find that homebrew magic Items are generally overpowered all of these seem well balanced for their rarity. That said most parties will likely not get access to many of these due to the rarity of many items on these pages. That however is not a bad things as some of these items work beautifully to create BBEG's or even reacurring tricksters.

currently playing in a 2nd edition game but reading through its giving some insperation for tricks to pull next time i get a chance to DM ill keep the never hit wonder in mind for someone harassing me for magic items >:3 muhahaha

PS any recomendations for sorces on veitnam era tech? not looking for syfy just slightly modern

(edit) wasnt sure how to reply to answers so ill do it like this

to clarify i mean the us side of vietnam so radios huy`s artillery ecetera

on the one hand it feels like a full huy could be treadted as if a beholder or some single "big bad" with lots of attack options but that dosent really = a crew of many people on the other hand it feels like a waste of time to roll 8 inititeve dice fore a single helicopter when theres likly gonna be say 5 in an encounter ...noty counting ground troops who called in the calvery

Hey, thanks for taking the time to review. Really appreciate it. By Vietnam tech, do you mean Viet War or just Vietnamese technology in general? I have no clue on the latter, but for the former, I imagine GURPS SEALS in Vietnam (http://www.sjgames.com/gurps/books/sealsinvietnam/) may have some things. Aside from that, the Viet used a lot of modern weaponry like the AK-47 given to them by China and Russia. What they were best known for though are their traps like mines, crossbow tripwires, or the punji stake traps -- a bed of sharp bamboo for enemy soldiers to fall into. Again, I'm not the best historian on the matter, but those are my recommendations.
