I love this book. One of the things i love about the forgotten realms is the decades worth of lore than you can dig into just about any place. Allowing dms and players alike to bring places alive. There is so much deep lore here that i feel like i could play in Cormyr for years and not get bored. With an insane number of subclasses and character options, a table of local dialect, magic items, noble houses, not to mention expanded lore on old monsters, and a boat load of Npcs this book is a must have. Not only for any campaign set in cormyr but for any one wanting to be from there.

At a dollar this is a a fantastic deal. Easily slotted into a campagain as a side quest to investigate a house, or even a campaign starter! Detailed enough to not need any tinkering, but open enough that it can easily be modified by the DM running the session! very happy with my copy and look forward to running it soon!
