This is a great conclusion to an excellent arc, and gives characters from a ToA campaign a heroic conclusion to their adventures in Chult.
Mechanically, the outcome of the module relies on the choices and actions of the party in this and in prequel modules. This is well done, and creates tension for the DM as well, as you're wondering if your players will make the right choices.
It also has one of the best instances of using the chase rules from the DMG in a module that I've seen.
Thematically, the final section in the Shadowfell is filled with atmosphere. I would have appreciated mire suggestions on varying difficulty of combatsm and potential second waves of reinforcements. Tier 3 parties have a large range of power, depending on builds, synergy, and magic items, and suggestions on thematic additions to the final fight would have been useful.
Like any Chultan campaign, it's a good idea to read the Ring of Winter novel (you can get it on Kindle) before running this. It gives more lore on the setting, and more of Artus Cimber's history,
My only regret is I bought this before the compilation of Lost City of Mezro came out.
