Innistrad is a MTG's attempt to recreate the gothic flavor of Dracula. I have recently created a campaign with this setting that allows for the Vamps vs. Were's Vs. the Undead with a twist at the end. Something that my group has been clamoring for. Really great setting ideas with stellar art that can be found for it.

I think it should go without saying that this book is filled with tons of great art and graphically does a really good job of establishing a feel for the 'setting'.

Having said that once you move past the visuals the whole thing just feels like a cut-and-paste job of existing D&D material. There's really nothing new in terms of deeper content here.

If you're a Magic fan looking to explore D&D or want to re-skin Curse Of Strahd to de-Ravenloft it this supplement may be worthwhile but otherwise it's a bit of a disappointment.
