Many of these feats are intriguing and exciting, but most of them need adjustment, rewording, and/or rebalancing. Mana Absorber is extremely powerful, returning 5 times the amount of spell points required to even cast the 1st level spell the person was targeted with. Combined with the Mana Channaler (which calls out spell slots in its description, yet restricts the feat to users of spell points), a party effectively has unlimited spells if at least two of them are spellcasters and at least 1 of them uses spell points.

Most feats have been adjusted to be half-ASIs, which is a fine way to buff them, but this also happens to already powerful feats like Sentinel and Polearm Master(which was buffed on top of the half ASI, as well). The power difference between a feat like Sentinel and Shield Master, two combat-centric feats, is unchanged because they are both half-ASIs now that are otherwise unmodified. Additionally, the multi-class feats are severely overpowered in that they grant a full ASI on top of several benefits. The prerequisites are not significant enough to warrant the power they provide.

This document does a lot of interesting things and encourages different types of play, which I like. Feats designed specifically for Spell Points is compelling. Feats that call out optional rules like tumble are a great idea. Feats that give a taste of another class without requiring a multi-class is something that should've been explored more by WotC at this point. Outside of some conflicting wording, the biggest issue here is balance.
