I really appreciate that this creator developed content related to The Purple Rocks. While I didn't use very much of the module exactly as written, it did provide some inspiration to homebrew my own content that fit better into my current campaign. The overall story they created seems compelling. Also, the organization was pretty good and the suggested timelines for events to happen were also appreciated.

A few constructive suggestions: There were some spelling and grammatical errors that I'd encourage the author to watch more carefully for in the future. The backstory section was perhaps a bit dense and wordy. It might have read a bit more easily if this was broken up even further with logical titles, headings, sub-headings. The overall idea of what the adventurers are attempting to achieve in this module is a little bit muddied. The sections on pages 7-8 entitled "Victory?" and "Revenge" provide some description of what the ending conditions for the adventure are, but it wasn't entirely clear. Also, the Revenge section has cool ideas, but it felt a bit restrictive....providing a very specific set of events that would happen into the future. It is noteworthy, however, that I believe these are just recommended ideas/adventure hooks.

Ultimately, I think this author shows promise. I appreciate the work they did on this and I used some of the content in this module, making it worthwhile. I hope the author continues to build on the experience of wrting this module for future works.

This could be a good adventure, but it's really poorly edited. It's difficult to read and understand, and I had to do a lot of editing and re-writing to make it work. The premise is good, but for the user's ease, there really should have been more editing.
