Hi guys,
I'd like to start by saying that I read this author's blog before, so most of what was written I had already previously read. I'm currently about to run The Xontal Tower and the last chapter will be the only thing left to do (my party already went to thay and etc.)
I see many things in this pdf that greatly enlighten DMs, the author gives alternatives to some pain points that make no sense or are really hard to run; as well as good and creative ideas to make the published adventure more interesting. (For example, I loved the second cult assassination attempt with the beggar)
I still see, however, things that make no sense to me in the book and that are not addressed here. For example, On Rise of the Metalic Dragons, my players struggled a lot to find enough motivation to want convince the dragons. As they are somewhat strong now and started getting cocky; there's also the fact that the dragons call the players to make really steep demands that have (mostly) nothing to do witht the players.
Overall, it is very good material for any DM who wants to run Tyrany of Dragons, or even just part of it. Eventhough it didn't cover all my doubts, it gave me a big hand.
