Well... It's not trash to be clear... Speed Over Strength is kind of complex but if you and the DM can handle that then it should be fine, Faerie Nimbleness is not needed as doing that at tinny size is a default in RAW, and then the sprites... Andrew Bedwell, D&D is an asymmetrical game. What's balanced for the NPCs is not always balansed for the PCs. That's where the two stars come from.

For the one person wanting to get uppity about the complex comment, I can handle it, I just didn't want to brag.
