This conversion was very helpful, but I wasn't happy with the organization scheme and several mistakes. But, it was worth the cost.
I would have preferred the monster and trap conversions be listed directly under each area, rather than have to look in three different places for each location. The reference page numbers in the notes could have been supplemented by area numbers to make this cross-referencing easier. The single, double-sided printable reference sheet wasn't as advertised. It was at least two sheets, and took up almost a third of the whole document.
There were also a number of mistakes that could have been caught with more thorough editing. There is no conversion for the "Guardian of Time" (although I also couldn't find this creature in any of my old 1E books, but there were some stats listed in the encounter itself that could have been converted). Also, the "Iron Phoenix" is missing its flame strike attack which the original had.
Overall, I only paid about $2 for this, so I'd say what I got was worth it. But, due to what I found above, I can't give it five stars.
