its literally the Battle Master with the first ability Crossbow Expert Feat at level 3 andthe second ability at level 7

anyone could just build a Battle Master, and take the feat at 4th level and actually have an extra ability "When you use the Attack action and attack with a one handed weapon, you can use a bonus action to attack with a hand crossbow you are holding."
