Pretty straightforward, no super crazy twists or gimmicks like most of my favorite one shots. Buuuuuut, it's perfectly serviceable, has a nice little location and narrative, couple fights in interesting locations that add a bit of tension and an ending that can go at least a couple different ways. (Also, it was a perfect place for me to test out some legendary actions on low CR monsters, so thanks for that!)

This fit right into my larger campaign narrative about balance and the natural world. My druid player was really able to shine when negotiating with the other druids, and I was able to integrate a fair bit of backstory as well. I loved running this adventure! It was easy to follow and customize to fit my party.

Not a very original idea, but still a good little adventure that gets the party to question who's right and doesnt force one narrative too harshly.

A nice short adventure that can easily be ran in a session or two depending on how much your players like to role-play and negotiate as opposed to hacking their way through an adventure.

Spoiler Alert: I like that the "Bad Guy" is not really bad, but instead is doing what he considers to be right even though it is endangering the local populous. It is a refreshing villain that gets away from most of the stereotypes that are just plain evil and out to destroy everyone or take over everything.
