This is a fun and flavorful description, and I think it's a useful tool to spice up combat dialogue, especially for new DMs, or for DMs who have been playing a campaign for a while and want to bring the magic back.

This is actually a really neat idea, and one that I'm kicking myself for not having implemented earlier at my table. I'd almost say this might even be more useful for DMs than players, since players will be more used to their characters, while the DM might have to run a dozen nameless enemies every week.

It should be noted that this is the English version of a product that was originally written by a Brazillian group, and that's quite visible. Simple typographical errors like "strenght" are peppered throughout the tables, as are constructions like "The attack is defended by my [item]" that are incorrect in English. There's also at least one case of "e" being left in place of "and." I'm willing to forgive some of that, though, since it reflects more on the localization than on the actual concept.

I will offer the criticism that the list of provided quotes is a lot more limited than "WORKS FOR ANY CLASS in D&D" would imply. Most of the "Miss" quotes for "Ability 1 & 2" have to do with predicting or dodging the attack, despite the example character--a barbarian--having his Constitution as Ability 2. Now, I don't know how you play barbarians at your table, but I've never seen Constitution used for predicting the future. The "Hit" quotes on the Active roleplaying table are also more or less all variants on the same "I'm angry, and will get you back for that!" theme, rather than showing a variety of different reactions to being hurt.

To be brutally honest, while I'm pleased with this product, I'm more pleased with the idea than the implementation itself. I find it much more likely that my players and I will write up our own tables than that we will use the actual quotations provided here. Still, I never would have had the idea on my own, so I have no regrets over the purchase.

If the authors wish to expand the product, I would suggest including multiple different "personality" options, each with its own set of tables. I would also suggest having different tables for different health percentages--my character's reaction to damage when she's completely unharmed is going to be different from her reaction to the same damage when she's between one-third and two-thirds of her hit point total, which will also be different from her reaction when she's below a third of her HP total.

(Oh, and one note on the Dungeon Masters Guild itself: You can have multiple files associated with a single title, so you could have v2.0 and v2.1 uploaded to the same title, rather than having to create a new product every time you update it.)
