T1 The Village of Hommlet (1e)

The module mostly consists of keys to maps of the town and the local Den O' Evil, with a skeleton plot. It doesn't provide 100% complete coverage of the village (most of the people are left unnamed, for example), but it covers all of the important figures and sketches in the rest. The quality of the scan is not perfect, but it's readable all the way through. I and my players had a lot of fun running through Hommlet; it's a good introduction to D&D.

As a side note, the adventure T1-4 (Temple of Elemental Evil) seems to contain all the information in this module, with the addition of the Temple stuff. The only difference is that in T1-4, some of the Hommlet maps are compressed (also, the scan quality is generally better in the Temple module).

So, if you want to use Hommlet as a lead-in to the Temple, get the other adventure instead; otherwise, this PDF makes a good place to start a game or run a short adventure.
