ADD TO WISHLIST >

1/2 Dollar Quest is a short and cheap quest for only 1 session (or more), it can be useful for those moments when you as DM have nothing prepared and need a quick session right now.

Prepare for a haunting journey into "Stoneheart's Tragedy: A D&D 5e Adventure Module" designed for four to six characters of 7th level. Dive into the depths of despair as you uncover the secrets and sorrows that haunt Annie Stoneheart, a once-promising alchemist whose quest for forbidden knowledge leads to unimaginable horrors. This gripping adventure offers a myriad of options for players, allowing them to choose their path and shape the outcome of their fate.

Uncover Dark Secrets: Set in the bustling city of Suzail, capital of the Kingdom of Cormyr, players will embark on an investigation into the tragic past of Annie Stoneheart. From the winding streets of the city to the treacherous depths of the sewers below, adventurers will navigate a web of intrigue as they unravel the mysteries surrounding Annie's laboratory and put an end to her nefarious experiments.

Multiple Approaches: Stoneheart's Tragedy offers players the freedom to choose their approach to the challenges ahead. Will you fight your way through the sewers, confronting enemies head-on? Or will you seek to negotiate with the Black Rats, a notorious thieves guild that calls the sewers their home? With multiple entry points to the dungeon and various avenues of investigation, the choices are yours to make.

Confront Evil Incarnate: Prepare for a hard showdown against Annie Stoneheart and her mechanical creation, Charlemagne, in an epic battle of wits and strength. Choose your path wisely, for the fate of Suzail hangs in the balance as you decide the ultimate fate of this malevolent alchemist.

Rewards and Consequences: With each decision comes great rewards and consequences. Will you emerge victorious, with treasures beyond measure and the gratitude of the liberated captives? Or will you succumb to the horrors lurking in the shadows, forever haunted by the choices you've made?

Stoneheart's Tragedy promises an unforgettable adventure filled with mystery, danger, and intrigue. Will you rise to the challenge and uncover the truth behind Annie Stoneheart's dark experiments, or will you become another victim of her twisted ambitions? The choice is yours, adventurer.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
