One other thing I found. The Somakinesis power Regeneration doesn't have a daily limit on it like the Healing Touch power does. This allows the Psion and Psi Knight to fully heal themselves for free after every fight using their Gather Power feature. May want to consider adding a limitation on Regeneration.

I've actually been talking this through with one of my playtest group. We have a moon druid that effectively gets 120HP back per short rest by recharging their wild shapes but I understand that for groups that tend to run many encounters per day with limited resting opportunities unlimited regen would be a big thing. I guess moon druids aren't the most balanced standard to measure things against. I'll look at adding a maximum of maybe 2 uses between short rests.

I would hesitate to base it off the moon druid, as you say, it's a fairly OP subclass. The fighter's second wind feature comes to mind as a good proxy. Maybe Regeneration can be used a number of times per short rest equal to your ability score bonus? This puts it in line with Healing Touch for recharge mechanics, but makes it a bit better as its per short rest.

Also curious to know how your moon druid player gets back 120 hit points per short rest from wild shape? Or is this just the player using wild shape to avoid damage by soaking up hits in beast form?

Yeah I was just referring to them regaining two wild shapes that provide them with another 60 hit points to soak damage on each use.

Telekinetic strike on page 32 has +2d8 psychic damage for the amplification, but the base power does bludgeoning damage. Looks like a typo?

Thank you for pointing this out. The amplification should indeed be bludgeoning damage like the main power. I will start a list of corrections and upload an amended copy in a week or two to try and catch any other corrections.
ps thank you for the review, I really appreciate you taking the time and I'm so glad you are enjoying the content. Dark Sun was where I developed my love of psionics.

Rules Edition(s)
Original electronic
Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
