Hello everyone, this is the sequel to my Half Dragon player race homebrew, which I posted about 7 months ago. I have been working on this project for almost a year, as I wanted to combine all the dragon themed homebrew which I created and playtested over the years with everyone.

It includes the Half Dragon player race, as well as the revised Dragonborn, revised Kobold, and revised Lizardfolk player races. It also contains numerous subclasses for those that want a more dragon themed character. As well as a thoroughly playtested spell list and magical items, among others.

This project started as a gift for a friend of mine, and over time I started working more and more on it, and adding new content. It contains artworks by several talented artists, who helped bring my ideas to live. As well as several collaborations from other talented homebrew makers.

I hope you all like it, and feel that it is worth purchasing. I added that you can buy it for whatever price you feel it is worth, as I don't want to force people to pay for this. But anything you could spare would of course be greatly appreciated, and would go towards paying for the expenses of the artworks :)

Also, if you have any questions, or ideas for a future update, please don't hesitate to tell me!

I love your work! When I saw this was from you, I had to get it. It's great for a big dragon-themed campaign/setting, especially with all those subclasses and the Dragonforged, Zekly and Silverbrow. I also love that you included Kobolds and Lizardfolk in here, those will definitely make games more interesting. I've actually had an idea for a while for a dragon-themed story/campaign and this will help with some of the starting characters.

On a side-note: When I click on the options in the index, it takes me to editor.gmbinder, not down to the page it should take me. Just thought you should know.

I'm flattered to hear that :) I spend quite a bit of time working on this sequel to my half dragon player race after all the great feedback, that I just had to give it my all on it. I tried to add as much from 3.5 in it as I could, as I didn't like how many great dragon themed ideas were left behind in 3.5th edition. I hope this project will be useful for you, and that you will have a lot of fun with it!

And that is unfortunately a bug. I had to combine both files, and so I disabled the link forward, but for some reason it just stays there. Hopefully I will be able to fix it in the future, but fortunately it seems to be a minor issue. But thank you for letting me know regardless!

I'm already having fun making a Zekyl Cleric, Silverbrow Paladin, Dragonborn Warlock, and a few others as potential NPC helpers/companions if not my own PCs.

Ah, I see. Noted.

I'm flattered to hear that! I hope you will have fun with these characters (I added into the last update that dragonborn could switch your +2 Strength bonus and +1 other, into a +2 other and +1 strength bonus, as a variant). I will likely make an update to this work in the future, but for now it should be fairly complete and balanced after numerous hours of playtesting. If you find anything you would recommend I'd tweak, or you have a fun idea yourself, please don't hesitate to share it :)

Also, because you mentioned the Zekyl, we are currently playtesting another extra rule description for the Zekyl (elf) subrace: When they take the High Drow Magic feat, they exchange the levitate spell with the shadow blade spell. The levitate spell has more utility, but the shadow blade spell felt more thematic to us, with regards to the zekyl their lore.

Possible future update, 'complete' the 'dragon spells'. Like, you have bronze, blue, copper, but you don't have lots of them.

I love that idea! But I'm afraid that those are just thematic names that sounded right when making them :) Such as Bronze Dragon's Wrath referring to a Paladin and Ranger spell that lets you throw lightning bolts as javelins, and which strongly reminded me of a vengeful Bronze Dragon as I was making it. And the Copper Dragon's Trickery spell is very thematic with how a Copper Dragon defeats its foes: Annoy and taunt it endlessly until it surrenders.

But if I ever find other spells that fit the other races thematically then I will be sure to add those in!

I used a lot of your stuff before in my games, so Im super excited to see that you released a full document of it all, adding a lot of new stuff that I havent seen either. Really cool little supplement if someone's looking for player options of all kinds that are draconic. Something lacking in 5e currently. And this is also super well done.

Thank you, I'm flattered to hear that! And yes, one of the reasons why I started this project was because of the lack of dragon content compared to 3.5th edition, which honestly was pretty good towards dragon content. I also translated several works from 3.5 to 5th edition, such as the Silverbrow humans, so I hope you will enjoy the final work!

As a tiny nitpick, do you think bookmarks can be added to the PDF to make it easier to navigate? :)

I'm flattered to hear that you have used my work before, and I hope that you will enjoy using this final project! I might do an update in the far future, but for now I think it is in a pretty good spot after hours of playtesting and balancing. So I hope you and your group will have fun with it!

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
