The Festival of The Blue Moon

Beneath the pale light of the moon, the bustling city of Neverwinter swells into a frenzy of revelry. The yearly Festival of Saints Feast, run by followers of Illmater draws much of the city into the streets, filling them with laughter and music. 

However, something is amiss. There are growing tensions rising from the festival, and there are hushed rumors of larger plans from groups in conflict with the followers of Illmater. 

This adventure, which has been heavily playested by multiple DMs, is designed for a group of 4-5 adventurers, who can be level 1-6 with an adaptable system for assigning monsters based on the level of the characters. Designed to be a simple and straightforward adventure, the characters will partake in activities such as participating in a chase, mini-games, hand to hand combat, and navigating social interaction.
