I would be also tempted to buy this bundle. But really would like the pdf included at least with much bigger discount than buying pdf bundle separately...

Greetings! Your stuff looks super cool and I'm almost committed to purchasing the hardcover bundle. I'm running D&D on foundry VTT and would love to have tokens of the monsters I buy. I saw that there are packages of tokens available and some are even included in PDF packs. Since they are not listed, I want to make sure that monster tokens are included in the hardcover pack. I feel it would be silly to pay over 200$ and not receive the proper tools to use my purchase.

Thanks in advance, I can't wait to implement your stuff in my campaigns!

Hi, Iivari. The hardcover bundle only covers the physical books.

If you require the tokens, you can purchase them separately from DrivethruRPG.

I think it's strange not to include the tools required to properly use your product, especially if the purchase is over 200$ dollars...

The actual cost of the product is already significantly lowered as a bundle. The reason why it is expensive is because of the print-on-demand cost (nearly $60) that the site imposes which I have no control over (and don't get a single cent of), unfortunately. I do not have the luxury to do a mass-sale printing cost. This has always been done per order. You would have to pay nearly $80 for each book if you didn't get this as a bundle. I hope you can understand.

Is a Hardcover + PDF bundle available? I only see the Hardcover bundle and the PDF bundle, which (bought together) would cost more than buying each book's Hardcover + PDF option unbundled.

Yes, just go ahead and order the bundle and it will automatically discount the book you have already purchased before.

Ok, it automatically discounts pdfs you already own. But I'm not sure if it works the same with hardcovers if that is what you will be ordering. Go do a test and add the bundle to your cart. It should not include the book you already own. If it does, see if you can just remove it and still retain the discount.

Yeah, sorry, I just checked. Apparently, it isn't possible for hardcovers/PoDs. Only seems to work for the PDF bundle.

These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
