A Friendly Competition: A Whimsical PvP Battle Royale One-Shot

No dreams, no non-canon side-stories, and no moral quandaries.
Here is a One-Shot for groups that want to try a PvP Battle Royale session that will be fun for even the gentlest of players and fits cleanly into the canon of nearly any campaign.

The Party encounters a whimsical Entertainer's Tent that gives the characters the chance to magically inhabit tiny wooden puppets that battle on a custom stage that the party builds themselves. The battle is fair, completely without moral stakes, and keeps all players actively involved even after they are eliminated from the battle. 

This adventure can be run fairly with a player as the DM or completely DM-less!
