Hello, I really like the way you converted the draconians over official material. Does one of the conversion modules have stats for Aurak Draconian?

Hi Erin,

I am happy the conversion guide(s) have been useful for you. I have not converted the Aurak Draconian yet. It looks like they don't make an appearance until DL12 (unless I overlooked it elsewhere).

Stay safe and happy gaming.

oh DL2_Pax_Tharkas_MiddleLevelCenter_3920x2100_NoGrid.jpg is the wrong map. (Middle level west). The Grid version is correct. I was able to grab the map from the VTT file though.

it would be super useful if you could include the universal VTT format for these. It looks like they were created in DungeonDraft so shouldn't be too hard? Even just "as is" even if the doors/portals aren't perfect...

Hi Kelly,
The VTT files are included with this conversion guide. I don't have the ability to test or verify them completely, but I hope they are helpful for you.
Take care and happy gaming.

Oh my goodness. That's what I get for commenting before I even noticed they've been updated since I last downloaded it. I just imported Sla-Mori into roll20 and the walls and doors look great. I think just a couple areas of the rubble that I need to do myself, but you, sir, just saved me a lot of time. Thank you so much for including these :D

No worries at all. I haven't included VTT files for too many of my conversions yet, mostly where they've been requested. If you get around to my conversion of DL3 and they are not posted there yet, just drop me a line and I'll take care of it for you.
Best regards. Happy gaming.

Hi Ernie, one item of note. On your Pax Tharkas - Middle West map.. there is supposed to be a tunnel that leads from 53 to 55 where the Dragon is. However, on your map it is blocked off by a wall.

Thanks again for the maps

Awesome. I'd love to hear how your gameplay from DL1 to DL2 compares. DL2 has a very different play style than Dl1. It would be nice to find a way to safely exchange email addresses so I can hear how it goes. Maybe over on my blog then I can try to delete the comment.

Hi Cliff,
I received an email referencing your post question about Pax Tharax upper middle, but don't see the post here. I wanted to answer the question anyway, I did not prepare a separate map of the Upper Middle. It seemed to be an extension of what was already on the Upper-Level West, just a hallway and the chain. I figured that was enough. If you would find this additional map to be useful, I will create it and upload it. Let me know.
Thanks and happy gaming good sir.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
