Most students think it’s a ridiculous story perpetuated by the upperclassmen to vex freshmen, for the simple reason that only five pubs on the list have ever been entered. However, a tome unearthed from the Biblioplex hints at the method to reach the sixth pub, and an invaluable treasure contained within. Now, students and professors alike will join the hunt. I really have a hard time picturing how the frothing flask works with the 7 walkways. I don't see any of that on the included map, can anyone lend a hand ?

It's easier to see on the enhanced version of the map where the water is blue.
The walkways are actually bridges. There are 3 by the entrance door (leading to the top seating area, the bar area, and the bottom seating area) and lfrom the bar area there's 4 more (2 to top seating and 2 to bottom seating).

The bridges/walkways are shrouded in water until approached but the moat they cross isn't shourded, so if no one is crossing it would look like 4 islands with pillars of water between them.

Awesome module! Was wondering, considering how great of a seller this one is, of doing something with the maps? The pencil on paper thing was a bit of a bummer for me considering the coolness of the story. Would you do something with Inkarnate in the future (or another platform)?

I'm glad you enjoyed the story! I'd love to be able to provide some Inkarnate-style maps in the future, although I don't have a firm timeline for something like this as I'm currently working on other projects.

Hi, all of the encounters were written to have non-combat solutions, so I think any party balance would be workable if the players are open to this.

I'm having some issues with the maps. I want to upload them into Roll20 for a virtual game, but I can't download them. I also can't copy/paste the image into Roll20. Any advice would be appreciated!

The adventure is scaled for a 3-7 character party of level 1-4. Many encounters are combat free, and all have non-combat solutions, so there are not too many adjustments that would need to be made if you're looking to run this for a different party size or level range.

These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
