Here is a key for the final catacomb map:

Also, it doesn't make sense that the Knight-Commander is weaker than the regular Knights... I gave him +9 to hit to match the other Knights, a shield to boost his AC by 2 and added 3d6 psychic damage to his weapon attacks with the flametongue longsword.

I don't think this adventure is as bad as the reviews make it out to be (it's a former Ilmater monastary, so 5 ft square sleeping areas make sense to me, though the commanders quarters being directly atop the stairs is silly). However, the map where the "final" stuff happens not being labled for the DM is very unfortunate.

Here's how I handled it. Brewery and Cask Storage should be the same between player and DM maps. You want the party to come across a "studies" room before the "final" room, so I seeded those near the entrances. The area dead center is where the "final" stuff happens. It allows for the enemies to move around and not be trapped in one room.

Considering that this module is the finale in the Shadow Games series, and in view of the reviews so far, are there any plans to rework this module? I have the feeling having such a badly rated module as finale is likely to turn off many DMs considering whether or not to run the series.
