Resonant Soul - A Planar-Powered Martial Class for D&D 5E

Resonant souls are individuals for whom the vibrations and frequencies of the very planes of existence resonate and attune perfectly with their inner souls and force of will. This gift allows them to amplify their will and wield it in order to overwhelm their foes.

This is my first homebrew class and I trepidatiously release it to the the internet for review and judgement! Any playtesting or other feedback is greatly appreciated!

I was inspired by the multitude of resonance references across 5E materials like planar "tuning forks", item "attunement", etc. and wanted to create a class that brought those ideas together under a common concept. Also I really wanted to give Charisma its due as a skill. The result is a character class that can literally demand from their foes and the very planes themselves that their will be done!
