Castle Ravenloft is the lair of Count Strahd Von Zarovich. It is the great shadow overlooking the Village of Barovia. When it thunders, you might even catch a glimpse of the castle's lord looking at the village for his next victim. 

The Expanded Encounters of Castle Ravenloft was created with the aim of making Castle Ravenloft an unforgettable experience. All encounters found within can be altered or combined to create unique events that will keep even the most experienced player at the edge of their sit. Each encounter gives guidance to you on how to use it, where you can place it in the castle, as well as a vivid description to read aloud for your players to grasp the picture of what is going on.
